About Me
Hi, I’m Abigail
As a Reiki II practitioner, Sound and Crystal practitioner, Ikigai coach, and End of Life doula, it is an honor to walk alongside you during this part of your journey. My work is informed by years of experience in healthcare, special education, and caregiving, where I learned the importance of slowing down, listening deeply, and meeting people with respect and care—especially during vulnerable or transitional moments.
I’m someone who has always lived between worlds — creativity and care, quiet observation and deep connection.
I love drawing and watercolor, and for me, art has always been a way of listening — noticing texture, emotion, and what’s just beneath the surface. Music plays a similar role in my life. It grounds me, opens me, and reminds me that rhythm and rest are just as important as forward movement.
At home, I’m a wife and a mother, and those roles have shaped me as much as any professional experience. Family life has taught me patience, humor, and the importance of showing up fully — even when things are imperfect or unfinished.
Professionally, my work is informed by over 20 years of experience in healthcare and caregiving settings, where I learned how essential calm, presence, and respectful accompaniment are during life’s most vulnerable moments. I created my practice to offer what I so often saw missing: unhurried, person-centered support that honors both emotional depth and real-world grounding.
My services integrate reflective conversation, Ikigai-based coaching, and complementary practices such as Reiki and sound support. Everything I offer is non-clinical and rooted in ethics, consent, and clarity. I don’t believe in fixing people or pushing outcomes. I believe in creating containers where insight can surface naturally and where people feel steady enough to hear themselves.
My approach is gentle but direct, intuitive but grounded. I value pacing, integration, and integrity — and I work best with people who are ready to slow down, listen deeply, and move forward with intention.
