We begin with conversation and gentle inquiry, creating space to understand where you are, what feels meaningful or challenging, and what you may be seeking beneath the surface. Through Ikigai-informed reflection, guided exercises, and steady presence, sessions support clarity, alignment, and a renewed sense of direction at your own pace.
My approach is shaped by years of experience in healthcare, education, and caregiving roles, where I learned the importance of listening, pacing, and honoring the whole person. Ikigai coaching is offered as a collaborative process rather than a prescriptive model, supporting nervous-system settling, self-trust, and sustainable decision-making.
Ikigai sessions are available in the comfort of your home, virtually, or in my office, and may be offered on their own or alongside complementary supportive therapies if desired.
