This extended session is designed for individuals navigating a period of transition and seeking clarity, grounding, and meaningful integration.
The session unfolds slowly and intentionally, creating space for you to arrive fully and be supported without urgency or expectation. We begin with a thoughtful intake and orientation to what is most present for you, followed by gentle, body-based practices that support nervous system regulation and embodied awareness. These include Reiki and sound-based support, along with crystal energy, offered calmly and respectfully.
As the session progresses, we return to reflective conversation and Ikigai-informed coaching to help integrate insight and experience into grounded understanding. Rather than focusing on fixing or problem-solving, this session emphasizes listening, clarity, and alignment — supporting you in recognizing what is shifting and what wants to be honored moving forward.
This is a comprehensive, unhurried experience for those comfortable with depth and reflection. Because of the nature of the work, this session is offered after an initial foundational session to ensure proper pacing, safety, and alignment.

The Elemental Resonance Immersion is a private three-hour healing session that combines sound healing, intuitive watercolor painting, symbolic Tarot card guidance, and elemental energy work to support deep self-discovery and nervous system regulation. This is a structured, symbolic healing immersion designed to support clarity, embodiment, and alignment.
The Elemental Framework
We begin with grounded conversation and intuitive assessment to determine which elemental energy is most active or most neglected in your life.
Air – clarity, mindset, perspective
Fire – activation, motivation, will
Water – emotional flow, release, inner depth
Earth – grounding, embodiment, stability
Reiki
Reiki is offered as a subtle, supportive layer woven gently throughout the three-hour experience. Rather than standing alone as a separate treatment, it helps the nervous system settle so insight, symbolism, and creative expression can unfold with steadiness. Many people notice a sense of warmth, grounding, or emotional softening, while others simply experience deep calm — there is no expected response. In this immersive format, Reiki serves as a stabilizing presence that supports integration rather than attempting to fix or override what is naturally emerging.
Sound & Vibration
Sound is used intentionally to support nervous system regulation and emotional processing. Depending on the elemental focus, sound may promote clarity, emotional release, activation, confidence, grounding, and embodiment. The goal is resonance and regulation — not performance.
Intuitive Watercolor Painting
You do not need to be an artist. Watercolor becomes a reflective tool for expressing what words cannot fully articulate. You will mist the page intuitively, choose colors based on feeling, and allow movement instead of control. You leave with a tangible piece of artwork representing your internal process and insight.
Regulation Pauses for Nervous System Safety
This three-hour immersion includes two structured 15-minute Regulation Pauses. These intentional intervals allow emotional processing to settle, the nervous system to regulate, reflection and journaling, and grounded embodiment before continuing. Depth unfolds safely when it unfolds in rhythm.
