Who I Support & When This Work Is Helpful
You don’t have to be in crisis to seek support.
Many people come to this work during moments of quiet overwhelm—when something important is shifting, ending, or asking to be tended with care. My work is especially supportive for individuals and families navigating life transitions that don’t always have clear language, timelines, or roadmaps.
This work may be helpful if you are:
Living with serious illness, decline, or uncertainty and want gentle, grounded support
Approaching end-of-life and seeking calm presence rather than fixing or forcing
A family member or caregiver carrying emotional weight while supporting someone else
Experiencing grief—recent or long-held—that hasn’t had space to be met
Moving through a major life transition such as loss, identity shifts, aging, or a change in role
Feeling emotionally or energetically overwhelmed by traditional systems or expectations
Sensitive, intuitive, or deeply feeling, and in need of care that honors that sensitivity
You do not need to know exactly what kind of support you’re looking for. Many people arrive simply knowing that they don’t want to navigate this moment alone.
How I Support You
My approach is centered on presence, attunement, and respect for your individual experience. I meet you where you are—emotionally, energetically, and practically—without rushing, diagnosing, or imposing meaning.
Support may include:
Compassionate accompaniment during illness, decline, or end-of-life
Gentle nervous-system support through Reiki and sound
Space for reflection, meaning-making, and quiet integration informed by ikigai
Holding space for grief, uncertainty, and unspoken emotions
Support that honors your values, beliefs, and pace
This work is not about fixing, pushing, or bypassing what’s hard. It’s about creating a steady, respectful container where you can breathe, feel supported, and be met as a whole person.
When this work is not a fit:
This may not be the right support if you are looking for:
Emergency or crisis intervention
Medical or mental health treatment in place of licensed providers
Fast answers or prescriptive solutions
My role is to walk alongside you—not to replace other forms of care, but to complement them with calm presence and human connection. A gentle beginning If you’re unsure whether this work is right for you, that’s okay. A simple conversation is often the best place to start. You are welcome to reach out with questions, uncertainty, or curiosity.
There is no pressure to know what comes next—only permission to begin where you are.
